Terms and Conditions
The purpose of this document is to define the terms of participation for all interested parties and participants in the Contest, as well as the process for selecting the winner. Participation in the Contest automatically constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms without any further process. The terms will be posted at this link throughout the duration of the Contest.
Participants in the "Istron Villas" contest include all Instagram users, provided they are over 18 years of age, follow the "Istron Villas" profile on Instagram, and mention one (1) friend’s profile in the comments.
Start Date: Friday, 20/02/2026
End Date: Sunday, 08/03/2026 at 23:59.
Participation Process
To participate, users are required to:
a) Visit the link https://www.instagram.com/istronluxuryvillas/ and follow the "Istron Villas" account.
b) Visit this page to read the terms of participation.
c) Leave a comment under the relevant contest post, mentioning (tagging) the profile of one (1) or more friends.
d) "Like" the contest post.
The Prize
The prize, to be awarded via random draw, is a free stay for up to 4 people for 3 nights (April 10, 11, and 12) at Villa Daphne.
General Rules
- Each participant may enter the contest using only one (1) active Instagram profile.
- Participation in the contest does not require a product purchase.
- The draw for the winner will take place on Monday, March 9, 2026, at our headquarters, via random selection through a relevant third-party application.
- The winner will be notified by a post mentioning their profile name as it appears on their personal Instagram account and will subsequently be notified via personal message (Instagram Direct).
Conduct and Liability
- Abusive, offensive comments, or those generally contrary to the law and moral business ethics, will not be accepted. "Istron Villas" reserves the right to delete any comment belonging to the above categories.
- "Istron Villas" bears no responsibility for any technical problems that may arise during the contest.
- The prize includes accommodation at "Istron Villas," specifically at Villa Daphne, with the amenities listed on the website. The prize does not include transportation costs, meals, or other travel expenses.
- "Istron Villas" reserves the right to modify, limit, or extend the duration of the promotion by changing these terms. Furthermore, it reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the contest, any part of it, and/or the draw.
Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
By participating in the Contest and posting your comment under the relevant post, you provide your explicit and clear consent, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable, for the collection and processing of your personal data for the needs of conducting the contest. This includes the organization and completion of the draw, as well as notification and communication with participants and especially the winners.
- Participants' personal data will not be shared with third parties and will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Winners' personal data will be kept until the delivery of the prize and will then be destroyed.
