SETTING AND POSITION

Villa Elea is part of our Village Villas concept, set in the western outskirts of Istron village and tucked just behind the residential front that has developed across the main road. It is the first house in a row of a three terraced maisonettes.  The complex faces the sea over a wide olive grove. The distance between the “Village” and the “Bay” Istron Villas is 2 km.


ACCESSIBILITY

  • free parking in a common area 25m away from the house on the side of the main road.
  • Nearest beach is Agios Panteleimon, a 10-15min stroll or just a minute car drive.
  • There is a mini market just across the road for the daily groceries and more markets, cafes and restaurants options lie within a walking distance.
  • The services and the facilities of our main unit are still available although understandably this requires a car
  • If you wish to dine in your villa our restaurant is able to cater you.

ARRANGEMENT-CAPACITY

Villa Elea is a maisonette of 2 bedrooms:

  • The living area, fireplace and kitchen are elegantly arranged on the ground level. Opposite to the entrance, the house opens out to the terrace and the private pool through a glass door.
  • A marble top staircase leads to the 1rst floor, dedicated to the bedrooms.
  • 2 bedrooms, 1 of them with direct access to a sea view balcony.
  • The main bathroom is equipped with a jetted bathtub.
  • A smaller bathroom has a shower niche.
  • The ground floor is served by a small WC

FITTINGS & FIXTURES

  • The bed can be set together or apart according to wish.
  • The villa can hold an extra bed or baby cot if needed.
  • Temperature is regulated by autonomous air conditioning units in each room.
  • Kitchen Includes: kettle, coffee machine, toaster or sandwich maker, Microwave, 4 hobs cooking oven, refrigerator, all appropriate Kitchenware.
  • Bathroom Includes: towels, hairdryer, toiletries, makeup mirror, emergency kit
  • Villa includes: safe box, DVD player 28’LCD TV, satellite t.v., Iron and Iron board.

AMBIENCE

The living area has big windows allowing the light in. The blind wall is coloured in bright colours whereas the bedroom walls are coated in more earthly hues. All bathrooms walls are tiled with white marble. There are prominent folk art elements in the decoration of the house.


POINT OF COMFORT / LUXURY

To ensure the quality of the sleep a substantial investment has been made to equip the villas with metal free, ergonomic mattresses built with natural materials, as well as quality pillows.

THE POOL

  • Pool size: 25 m2, steady depth: 1.20m
  • The pool is the focal point of the terrace.
  • Immersed marble-top steps secure effortless access for all.

TERRACE FURNITURE

The marble top table is set under the protective shadow of an old olive tree. There is enough space in the sunnier part of the terrace, just around the pool for the guests to lay their sunlounges and enjoy the sun.


PRIVACY / SHADING

The old olive trees which have been spared through the building process provide all the necessary shade on the terrace. Combined with the rest of the planted vegetation, the trees create a green dome isolating the terrace from the balcony. The houses are separated with a robust stone wall up to a point and then a wooden fence runs halfway along the terrace between the properties in manner that separates the houses without hindering the surrounding view.
